Loved this little look into the final book of this trilogy! Can't wait for the full book to come out!

What a great teaser! This was only the first 3 chapters, but I loved being back with the crew. Each was a different perspective on the unfolding of events after book 2 and I loved seeing what they were up to. Just like the first 2, the pacing is fast and the action is already in full swing! Absolutely can’t wait for this release!

The best preview. I enjoyed it so much can’t wait to read the entire third book. The excitement of this series is unmatched.

Mai Cortland does it again! The third installment of this series is just as enticing as the first two. She somehow manages to raise the stakes even higher!

Somehow Mai Corland has already written two fantastic books, which I have given both 5 stars. And I believe she may have done it again. even though we have only gotten three chapter, it is enough to leave me anxious to get my hands on the next one. I know a boy is good when I talk outlooks to it, and she has had me doing that since book one, and this preview is no different. Here characters are complex and ever growing and changing, and her plot is uber entertaining leaving even me surprised, which is not easy to do. Her use of Korean mythology and her own imagination have created a truly really well made story. Her characters will feel like family by the end of the second book, so you can imagine that you will become attached. I can't wait for more!

Pretty bummed this is the first book in the trilogy I didn’t get the opportunity to early read after being with the trilogy since the very beginning. The first two books were easily 5 star reads for me. I love this trilogy, the characters, and the fantasy world. The final installment is is one of my most anticipated releases of 2025! Can’t wait! Thank you so much to Entangled/Red Tower, Mai, and NetGalley for the bite-sized sneak peek.

While the preview was great! I can’t give a fair review of this as it was also too short.
I am hoping this book continues the excellence in this series!

THREE SHATTERED SOULS by Mai Corland
*** This ARC Preview included the first 3 chapters of THREE SHATTERED SOULS ***
Pub date: June 15th, 2025
Publisher: Red Tower Books
Rating: 5 / 5
"Five of the most dangerous liars in the land came together with one mission: to kill the God King Joon of Yusan. However, King Joon used his own attempted murder as a trap for the blades... The only way to survive is to defeat the world, but who will be willing to pay the ultimate price when the Dragon Lord returns?"
The third installment of the Broken Blades trilogy, THREE SHATTERED SOULS, marks the finale for our liars. The first three chapters feature different character POVs and whispers of new betrayal are already seeping into the pages—much like the fresh blood spilled in Chapter 3. The book also includes a page for trigger warnings, a map of Yusan, a character glossary, author's note on the Korean mythology/cultural influences, and brief recap of the first two books. THREE SHATTERED SOULS is a highly anticipated conclusion and, from this short sample, is guaranteed to be action-packed. Who can our liars trust? And who will survive to tell their stories?
(Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review!)

This preview has me so excited for the rest! Corland has really created this beautiful found family. Even when they don't trust each other, they still stand together and protect each other. I also appreciated that it picks up directly where the second book ends.
In addition, I appreciated the content warning, map, character guide, and a quick recap at the beginning.

I didn't realize when I downloaded this that it was a preview book, so I don't feel as though I can give an accurate assessment yet. I did enjoy the previous books for their pageantry, suspense and political maneuverings and hope this will be the same.

Thank you Entangled for the preview of the book.
I wish this was longer, but it was a great beginning for the book.
The characters from the previous book are back and there is action from the start.
I like that there are multiple POVs and the pacing is fast.
The start gets 5 stars from me and I can't wait to read the rest of the book.

What are great beginning to book 3 in this series!! High steaks and action from our the gate, I can't wait to find out what happens next!!

Thank you to NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for the free advanced preview.... but I must say that I regret reading it. Because WHAT A TEASE!! Four Ruined Realms was an easy five star read for me and I anticipate this one being the same because the preview was only three chapters and I am already HOOKED.

I'm not sure how I'm supposed to give real feedback on just a couple of chapters. I'm excited to get to this book once it releases though!

I found the first three chapters enticing, and I can not wait to read the rest of the book when I receive my Goldsboro Special Edition later this month. Mai Corland is an excellent writer, especially in the young adult catagory. I can tell that she has taken the time to review and revise her books, which is something I really appreciate in this day and age. There are far too many books out there, especially YA books, where the author has neglected to take the time to correct mistakes.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mai Corland at Appolycon this year, and am excited to share this book with my Korean ESL students as well as my teenage niece.

What a fantastic series! I'm equally excited to get my hands on this next installment and sad that it's coming to an end. Mai Corland has done a wonderful job crafting dynamic, lovable characters as I'm truly invested in each of them. The pacing has been spot on, and the plot and action have been executed beautifully. Overall, this is a five-star series in my book!
Thank you to Entangled: Red Tower Books and NetGalley for the early preview!

This was just a small taste of what the third book has to offer and I am so excited for it to be released!!

Kind mad cause I thought it was the whole book and not just a sampler. Alas, I’ll just have to wait until July 15th to read past chapter 3. So far so good though! Another impossible situation and I have no idea how they’ll manage to get out of it.

I have been very excited about this series and after the preview, I'm even more excited. Thank you to the publisher!

WOW what a beginning! I loved how some questions were answered but already we have more questions and mistrust to figure out. The twist of Mikail being switched at birth as part of a Gayan tradition to protect was even better than I was hypothesizing what could’ve happened that made him royalty’. Love the new characters Gambria and Fallador, more people to test the groups trust and loyalty! I am gonna need Aeri and Royo to figure out their relationship because I need one of the couples to be united right not with Ty being so far and Hana alive, who knows if Ty and Sora will be together?!!!
