I have already read and loved the first two books. I didn't notice this was just a teaser it I appreciate how they had the beginning of the book set up with a list of characters who is still alive and who isn't. Plus they included a brief recap which in my opinion ever book should include. I'm excited to see where this goes. I am saddened that this is the last book I heard originally there was supposed to be 5 in this series. I highly recommend this series and this author slightly similar to The Poppy War but not as graphic.

What a treat it is to get a glimpse into the first few chapters of the final installment of The Broken Blades trilogy! I love a sequel that dives right back into the plot and action and that’s exactly what this book does. Fans of the first 2 books will most certainly be on the edge of their seats from the very first pages.

If you enjoy excellent plotting and political intrigue, you are going to love the Broken Blades series. Three Shattered Souls is the next installment perfect for fans of Six of Crows and Game of Thrones. It's so fast paced, full of epic twists and sharp left turns. Always keeps you guessing and on your toes. Highly recommend picking up Five Broken Blades if you have not started the series yet. These books need to be read in order.

I CANNOT wait for the rest of this book! Mai does such a wonderful job creating the different POVs and their internal monologues. I’ve been able to figure out who’s POV the chapter is in without even seeing because of how different each character is!

I was given the opportunity to ARC read the first few chapters of Three Shattered Souls. I will say it is really hard to review a book based on such a small portion of it. However, I am really hopeful based on what I have read, that book 3 will be better than book 2 was. Mai is an amazing writer and tells each character's story beautifully.

The continuation of the 'The Broken Blades' series continues to be filled with intrigue and suspense. I loved the first chapters and I can't wait to see what will happen to the four remaining characters as they have to fight back and maybe make up!

This is one of my most anticipated releases of the year & I have been hanging on for dear life to find out what will happen to the blades, so to get so much in only a few chapters feels like such a treat.

Similar to Four Ruined Realms, as soon as you're on page 1 you're transported straight back into the world (one that I love to read about so dearly), with characters I have also missed.

I cannot wait to see what happens in this book upon release, and for my preorder to be in my hands!
