What a chilling thriller with some jaw dropping twists!! This book had chilling suspense, mystery, murder, kidnapping, dark past secrets , intrigue, and some shocking revelations! Read and reviewed in exchange for a free copy from NetGalley. This was a gripping read which I read through in an afternoon. Darcy was a sympathetic narrator and Wright drew me into her story. The book was twisty, well-paced, and unpredictable, and the epilogue was outstanding, giving a completely unforeseen twist which turned the closing chapters of the book on its head. I am keen to read more by this author.

This book was a masterpiece it was mesmerising and gripping! I would give this book ten stars! This book lingered in my thoughts long after I turned the last page.

I was hooked instantly and devoured this book in just one sitting. I was completely unable and unwilling to put this book down! There were plenty of twists and turns to keep me holding on! I wish I could go back and force myself to slow down, re-read it and savour every moment. I loved it that much!

I needed to pick my jaw up off the floor I was NOT expecting that ending at all my heart is still racing! I just threw my hands up and screamed!
