I thought this book had a lot to say on what makes a mother. There are so many different ways to become a mother- but how far down that path can one go before other things get compromised? The translation was clunky for me and keeping track of the characters’ names was laborious at times. But overall, good read.

This twisty, turn-y novel is a lot more than its blurb pro ports. A curious set up, but the author infuses the narrative with humor and as the story goes on, the storytelling gets more and more off-kilter. A bit messy at times, but, in part, that is what makes this so readable.
