As a 2nd grade teacher and a mom of a 7 year old this will be a win for ocean lovers! This story was very informative. I love how it gave not only information about ocean life and animals, but also had facts of important scientists and researchers as well. Also some good jokes thrown in!

This truly is a great offering from DK with “Bite-sized information “ and kid friendly graphics. The inclusion of scientists /activists bios at the end in addition to a main character that is a female of color shows the that writer, publishers, and illustrator truly know what a modern nonfiction text needs to be. Series please?

This was such a fun and informative kids book. The illustrations were so great and this book is full of fun information. Kids will love this book.
