I will not be reviewing this book publicly.
As a handbook, it is natural that this is a short one, however that also means it needs to be compact,
Unfortunately, this fell short for me. In my opinion, it needs a clear context, structure, and clearly expressed tips and guidance. I found the time spent on who this book is for and whys a bit imbalanced.
Structured assessment could have been more prominent.

I’m not really sure if this is meant to be for someone that has never hired before, or interviewed.

It could be helpful but it was missing a lot of context, along with critical information for successful interviewing.
