This 90 page book explains to elementary school children how to deal with worries when they inevitably come. Enhanced by illustrations the authors teach methods of welcoming worries, how to deal with them, how to say "bye worries" and how to be prepared for new worries to come.

This book holds so many practical ideas that are great for children to implement into their lives. The illustrations help remember some of the key concepts (like worries being like a T-Rex who comes with its little trolly and invades your house). I think it is a great tool parents can use if they notice that their kids struggle with worries and how to handle them.

I picked up this book because I'm an anxious person and I wanted to see what tips and tricks were included in this.

I think this will be really helpful with kids and help become better at coping with anxiety as they age. This books provides examples of what worry may look like, how to identify it, and offers ideas on how to ease the worry away or seek help.

There are fun illustration in here that I think will really resonate with children. The tone is great and it's the perfect length to keeps kid's attention.

This book actually gave some good advice that I can take into my daily life for when I get nervous. So this will definitely help children, those who get worried easily and even those who don’t. It’s informative and helpful but also easy to understand and with engaging pictures with a cute art style to keep engaged

This inspiring children’s fiction book allows for children to comprehend that their worries are normal. It introduces the themes and ideas of anxiety, and that anxiety’s presents is normal, no matter your age or who you are.

The innocent drawings allow for an immersive though also informative experience, teaching children how to cope with their worries and manage anxiety all throughout their lives.

Hi, Worry. Bye, Worry! Is a bright and clear explanation of worry and nerves. This will serve as a much needed addition to my public library collection. There are clear examples of what worry might look like on your face, or sound like in your head. This can help readers slow down and identify their feeling, and then be able to take the proper steps towards dealing with it in a healthy way. The illustrations throughout keep it light and silly, while the language remains comforting and encouraging. This lays out such a healthy relationship with complicated feelings. It welcomes children to invite their feelings in, giving them the opportunity to truly feel and process them, before being able to genuinely and truly move past them. While our instincts might tell us to bury certain emotions, having it written out in such plain language not to do so can be wildly helpful. In such a fast paced world, this is a massively important, not needlessly overcomplicated title. It breaks down the physical sensations worry might bring on, and walks kids through steps of what to do next. This advice is massive and may not be available to every kid otherwise.

Great resource, not only for kids but for anyone! This is a very approachable way to explain what the feeling of worrying is and then plenty of methods to address it when it happens. The imagery is really fun and there are great examples and actionable activities to do and learn. It even explains why worry is useful and what your body is trying to tell you. There are representations of children from different cultures, environments, and physical abilities to be relatable to everyone and even gives suggestions that don’t just rely on a present parental figure to cope. Parents would benefit from reading it so they know how to approach and support, especially with the 3 H method. Great for ages 3+.

The kindle version doesn’t translate very well since the graphics have some of the text in them sometimes it came out jumbled but the regular version with the illustrations is awesome!
