Navigating rehab is new to me, and this book arrived at the exact right time. It explained so much, and as a sister to a person in sober living, this is helpful. I enjoyed the book's layout, and the easy-to-grasp concepts were particularly appreciated. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.
