Thank you to Sourcebooks Casablanca, Dreamscape Media, and NetGalley for the ARC and ALC!
4/5 Stars
The Curse of Gods was an emotional and action packed finale to a very intense series. The found family, losses and gains, was holding me together for this book. Watching everyone push through and endure was sometimes absolutely heartbreaking (Aya, my baby). Sometimes, especially in a book that is so long, the plot can get convoluted or drag in the middle but I was never bored and I ate this up.
For the audio, the narrator was amazing! Devon narrated the past two books and the continuity and familiarity was really helpful in jumping right back into the story and feeling the highs and lows of our cast of characters. I was much more invested with the audio than I would have been just reading on its own.
Overall, this series broke my heart and put me back together again. Some of the plot twists throughout had me in shock and I was never ready for how brutal the losses were. The conclusions for everyone felt natural and well earned and I find myself wishing for an epilogue that gave me just a little more of a glimpse of their happy futures. I'm desperate to know they finally found peace after crazy monarchs, war, and angry gods.

This was such an amazing conclusion to the series. I have to say this might be one of the most underrated romantasy series out there right now, It is definitely one of my new all-time favorites. I will be missing Will and Aya so much, they were such an amazing set of characters. The pure love and devotion that Will always has and will show towards Aya is awe-inspiring.
For me, Kate Dramis is absolutely a new auto-buy author and I will be checking out all of her future works.
I am currently on vacation and will be writing a more in-depth and full review once I return home with all might thoughts and feelings. But I wanted to be sure to have at least something of a review up before release day!

I am obsessed with the Curse of Saints series. The Curse of Gods put the cherry on top of a sundae to me. The plot kept me on the edge of my seat and I loved how the story ended. I can not wait to read more from Kate Dramis.

Thank you to NetGalley for sending me an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Finally saying goodbye to Aya and Will after following them for so many pages was bittersweet.
Kate Dramis writes characters reaching their breaking point in such a griping way, the journey she takes her characters on in this book had me worried for most of the book. Grief is also an important part of the story and we saw how her different characters got through it.
There's a good balance of romance, without it overwhelming the story and still helping the plot move along.
The pacing was a little confusing at the end. I spent so long getting to know some characters and harboring hate or love for them, I wanted more time for what happened to them in the end.
I also struggled to grasp the size of each kingdom's armies, but that's a me-issue because I'm bad at picturing things. But it did make the climax of the battle hard to understand for me.

Thank you NetGalley for giving me this ARC in exchange of an honest review.
This was such a good book and an amazing ending to this series! I can't believe it's the last book.
There were so many things happening in this book and I just couldn't stop reading! Can't wait to see what Kate Dramis writes next!

An amazingly written book and great ending to one of my favorite series. Kate is truly an amazing author!!!!
I went through a rollercoaster of emotions throughout and each page had me on the edge of my seat to find out what happens next or some new information about what is going on.
Thank you so so much to Sourcebooks Casablanca and Netgalley for the opportunity to read this wonderful book.

Many thanks to the publishers and NetGalley for the preview. All opinions are my own.
I’m so emotional now that’s it’s over. What an incredible finish to this trilogy. My heart was in my throat and I was on the edge of my seat from the first page to the last. Some sections had me frantically flipping pages to see, OH MY GOD ARE THEY OK PLEASE BE OK!
And oh these characters! I love Aya, Will, Aidon, Josie, and Liam so much. And I love how much they supported each other, even when they were separated by entire kingdoms. The action in this book was absolutely insane, but the quiet moments the characters had together was the real heart of the book.
This is a hard book because all the characters, but especially Aya, go through SO MUCH PAIN. But there is light and hope at the end. And the end really was lovely.
I’ve loved this series and definitely recommend.

Kate Dramis, the wonderful, sick and twisted, writer that you are.
AGHHHHHHH ARE YOU KIDDING ME OH MY GOD
I don’t even know what to say. Truly.
This final part of the Curse of Saints trilogy was so heartbreaking, hopeful, heartbreaking again, and THE ENDING!! SHUT YOUR MOUTH!!
This trilogy was one of my favorite that I have EVER read and if you are interested, PLEASE PICK IT UP!!!
I would also like to thank NetGalley for my ARC copy because I truly could not wait any longer to finish this story!

Thank you NetGalley for the arc! Literally no words, this book had me in a chokehold the entire time 😭😭 the found family, the world building, the relationships GOD I LOVE THEM SO MUCH and im so sad it’s over 💔
AYAWILL YOU WILL ALWAYS BE FAMOUS 💯🤞

A satisfying conclusion to the series! Love seeing more of Liam, and seeing Aidon and Josie spending time in Tala.

Like the dork that I am I missed that this was part of a series. Did I care? No. I found this to be interesting from the get go amd will definitely be checking out the others so that I can reread this one.

Forever obsessed with the Curse of Saints series, and The Curse of Gods was a fantastic end to the series!

This series does a lot of things well. It has a great balance of fantasy and romance. There is a good amount of political intrigue to keep the reader invested. Maybe it’s because it’s been awhile since I read the second book, but it was slow getting back into the world. It didn’t pick up for me till about the 40 percent mark. In my review of the second book I mentioned it being too long. This one also felt too long, even for a final book in a series. To me, it could’ve been condensed. There were just a few too many perspectives for my liking, but I can see why they are necessary. I wasn’t invested in all the perspectives. Some were better than others. I was always eager for Aidon’s chapters. I enjoyed Aidon and his love interest. I wish we would’ve gotten more of his relationship. It felt underdeveloped. We never truly got to see it flourish. There was more focus on his sister’s relationships.
Aya goes through so much throughout the series. The emotional toll everything has taken on her is well written. There is a desperation in her. The story does a great job of exploring trauma and grief and how to overcome it. I appreciated the discussion of the difficulties one faces with their relationship after experiencing so much trauma. Intimacy and vulnerability can be difficult after enduring so much of pain, even if you love someone. Our characters show us that. I often wondered if Will and Aya would ever get a happy ending. It was one obstacle after another. The last hour had me stressed but it came to a satisfying conclusion.

I’ve been following Kate Dramis on Instagram since before she got a publishing deal and she was dropping snippets of The Curse of Saints. I was so happy when she got a publishing deal, especially in the US, so I could snag a copy to read. You couldn’t help but be giddy and excited along with Kate Dramis as more of her dream became a reality. We’re now at the last book in this series and I knew it would be heart-wrenching.
No matter how far the fall, we’re all in it together.
While Will, Aidon, and Liam’s goal is to find Aya and save her, things get messy fast. Partnering with Dauphine, a sneaky mercenary, they try to form a team to find Aya and gain allies. All the while, around the kingdoms, Aya is seen as the Dark Saint due to Evie’s influence and power, but no one ones that the First Saint is back and is the one in control. Aya’s lost hope and believes everyone she cares for is dead or about essentially dead. Trying to navigate torture and decisions that would sway the war, Aya is met with someone she knows but doesn’t truly care for all that much.
Josie, Alleissande, and Cole fight their way through their enemies and try to find a way to reclaim the throne for Aidon. Of course, Josie and Alleissande are also met with the “problem” of their feelings for each other.
With everyone splitting up and coming back together, we are constantly seeing different point of views, which in this case, I enjoy. Each character is flawed, has their doubts, and is someone you can relate to in some way. Aidon is met with Dauphine’s personality that compliments this own, but we don’t get to really know much about their relationship. Josie and Alleissande don’t have the biggest spotlight either, that I wish would have been highlighted more. I know Aya and Will are the main duo, but these other characters are main characters too being part of this group over the course of the series.
Following this story for so long, I’m content with the conclusion, but I actually wish there was a little more just to fully wrap everything up.
I only have one remaining question though- Aidon and Josie’s parents. I gotta know!
I received an eARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Excellent ending to a very good series. It does not get enough hype! Sometimes in the scenes when characters begin to prepare for battle or have a “round table”, it tends to get a little too boring/confusing for me, Kate Dramis has a good way of avoiding this for me. Loved the characters and absolutely loved all of this trilogy.

Review: The Curse of Gods by Kate Dramis
An intense, emotional, and satisfying end to a stunning series. The Curse of Gods raises the stakes in every way—Aya’s journey is dark, painful, and powerful as she’s forced to face what it means to be the key to saving or destroying the realm.
I loved how the story explored love, loyalty, and the cost of power. Will and Aidon’s desperation felt so real, and Aya’s strength in the face of everything she’s endured was deeply moving. The tension, the magic, the heartbreak—it all built to a final act that felt earned and unforgettable.
This series has been a wild, beautiful ride. Highly recommend to anyone who loves high-stakes romantasy with heart.

I found this book to be an enjoyable read. The story kept me engaged from start to finish and had some moments that really stood out. Overall, it offered an entertaining reading experience.

Thank you to Netgalley for the e-ARC of this book to read. This series has been my favorite enemies to lovers series since the first installment of this trilogy, and I have been eagerly anticipating this finale for a long time!
I loved this finale. We dig deeper into the lore and religion of the world, and the conflicts set up in book one come to a satisfying and beautiful conclusion. Throughout this series, I have been in awe of the scenes Kate Dramis creates. I would sit and re-read scenes--not just phrases or paragraphs like I do with many other author's works. This series is amazing, and I will also be checking out everything else the author publishes.

6/5 ⭐️
“Wherever you are, Aya love, is where I will be. In this life, and whatever lies beyond it.”
This is everything I could have wanted and more to wrap up The Curse of Saints trilogy. It’s so bittersweet to be done with this series and all of these characters.
The way Kate writes you can tell she cares about her characters and how meaningful each interaction she writes is. Every character and their individual stories are fleshed out including their friendships within the group. Even with the emotional roller coaster she puts you through (and it’s foul in my opinion), you end the book feeling so happy for all of the characters at the end of it all.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this. Kate is a beautiful writer and I need her to write a million more book, please and thank you. <3
Thank you Kate and Sourcebooks for the ARC ✨

Overall a solid conclusion to this series! It took me awhile to get back into the story, mainly my fault as I should have reread The Curse of Sins to refresh my memory. Once things started clicking back in place I was fully sucked back in! I really love Aya and Wills storyline with each other and I really liked how other characters when given spotlight through the story, I felt it added a lot of depth.
