I really wish past me had had this book, especially high school me. This book was marketed as adult; however, after reading it I feel like it could absolutely be shelved within Teen, as it tends to read in a YA tone - minus the abundance of cursing. ;P Jes makes a lot of good points throughout the book, and I especially enjoyed the little challenges she has sprinkled throughout the chapters (there are some I still need to try; like wearing a bikini).

There was much to enjoy here, but I found I couldn't connect with it. I'd read more from this author in the future though.
