I am a busy wife, mother and older woman. Sometimes I don't feel sexy or even feel like there is time to care. This book teaches you that you can feel sexy and flirtatious no matter what age or how busy you are. It is good for every age. It teaches about the sexual relationship between and husband and wife the way God intended it to be. I loved this book and I recommend it to everyone. Not just married couples but young couples that are about to get married.
