Art: 5/5
I really loved the art style for the MMC, it just suited him so much better than the FMC. She still looked great, though! The style definitely has that webtoon feel, but it’s distinct enough to stand out in its own way.

Characters: 4/5 & Story/Plot: 3/5
This is definitely a character-driven story, with the plot blending into their development. It’s sweet and cute—girly girl with a big dog, brooding guy with a small dog.
She falls fast, and honestly, I can’t really blame her because the MMC is fine. lol
Her personality in the flashbacks can be frustrating, as she comes across as a total doormat, however, she does get some nice character development. Meanwhile, the MMC is bartender with a codependency on his dog, Tequila. lol

Writing/Dialouge: 4/5
Overall, it’s well done. There are a few awkward lines here and there, but nothing major. The banter between the characters is cute, though some of their arguments can feel a little over the top.

In conclusion:
The characters are cute, and while the story/plot isn’t groundbreaking, it’s still an enjoyable read. Probably not a new favorite, but definitely worth picking up if you’re in the mood for something light and sweet.

I thought Love 4 a Walk was a cute read. I liked the artwork, characters, and storyline. I think that pets can really have an effect on relationships. You always hear about people surrendering or rehoming their pets when they move in with their partners. I think having a story about people who chose their pets over love is refreshing.

🐾The physical release of Love 4 A Walk encompasses the first 14 chapters of the webtoon.🐾

Love 4 A Walk follows Pam, an office worker who has sworn off relationships after a messy breakup with her ex due to her dog’s behavioral issues. She meets her neighbor, Tyler, and he agrees to train Pam’s dog during the day while she is away at work.
At first, they have surface-level preconceptions of each other, but slowly they begin to really develop a relationship of understanding.

Such a cute slow burn romance featuring two dog-lovers and their pups! I’m eager to see their love story unfold!!

This was so freaking cute!!! Pam and Bob are the best little duo. Pam is cute and so loving and Bob is chaos and cuddles. Tyler and Tequila are the duo you wouldn't expect but make perfect sense the more you get to know them. Tyler lives upstairs from Pam and Bob, and offers to help Pam with Bob while she's at work. The tension between Pam and Tyler is immaculate and I'm SO ready to see the relationship that builds between them.

I just finished reading Love 4 a Walk vol. 1 by Nuria Sanguino, and I absolutely loved it! Dogs are my absolute favorite, and I adore people who love dogs too. I’m a huge fan of the grumpy and sunshine trope, and it was perfectly executed in this book. The only thing that slightly bothered me was his legs - shorts and a bit of hairy legs…not my cup of tea. But overall, I’m having a blast with this story!

A huge thank you to NetGalley and Wattpad WEBTOON Book group for sending me the ARC!

A girl with a lovable but hard to handle dog? I can definitely relate! Thankfully my wife would never issue an "it's me or the dog" ultimatum. For an unfinished story (this is only volume 1!) we get a lot of character development. Come for the dogs, stay for the slow-burn!

Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to review
I honestly loved this volume it was so honestly more emotional than I thought but in a good way and you still had the super cute story line and loved the art style as well.

Oh nooo, I teared up at the end, this is so cute! I picked this up because I liked the design of the ML on the cover but the art inside is even better. This is only the first volume, so there's no conclusion to the story yet unfortunately but I really want to know what happens next. I really liked the characterization of both of the mcs and the dogs are adorable. Can't wait for the next volume!

Love 4 a Walk is the best manhwa I've read this year.

I absolutely fell in love with the characters and dynamics in this book. From page 1, the characters felt real and compelling. I mean, this manhwa is literally about two people who love their dogs so much they will sacrifice relationships in order to prioritize their pets happiness. Both the MMC and FMC have had experiences within their past love lives where they had to make the choice between their beloved dogs and the person they were with (they choose the dog of course).

What made me fall in love so quickly is how much I related to them. I would do anything for my dog, and I’ve also been with people who didn’t understand that level of love, which can be damaging to a relationship. Because of this, while the premise is humorous, it actually felt like a deeply emotional and real story to me.

Watching these four fall for each other (yes, the dogs too!) genuinely healed something in me. I laughed, cried, and swooned my way through the volume, and I’m desperate to read more.

This would not be a proper review if I didn't mention the art. I mean the art in this is STUNNING. I genuinely think this is one of my favorite manhwa art styles I've ever seen. Every scene is just so aesthetically pleasing.

I cannot recommend this manhwa enough!

Obsessed doesn't even begin to cover it! I LOVED ever single second of this. The story is sweet enough to rot my teeth out of my head, but at the same time it is real enough that these people could be my neighbors! I cannot wait to devour the rest of this!

Love 4 a Walk, Vol. 1 is a charming story that blends gentle romance with the everyday magic of unexpected connections. Set against the backdrop of casual dog walks and quiet city streets, this manga introduces us to two main characters whose lives begin to intertwine thanks to their four-legged companions.

The leads are instantly likable. One is a reserved, introspective soul who finds comfort in routine, while the other brings a spark of spontaneity and warmth. Their interactions are subtle yet meaningful, capturing the slow-burning essence of a budding relationship rooted in shared moments and mutual curiosity.

What truly stood out to me was the artwork; it’s lovely. The soft lines and expressive character designs perfectly match the gentle tone of the story. The way the dogs are illustrated adds an extra layer of heart to the narrative, making each scene feel cozy and emotionally resonant.

This volume is perfect for fans of quiet, character-driven romance with a touch of whimsy. I’m looking forward to seeing how their story unfolds in future volumes.

I absolutely loved this book! It’s sweet, heartwarming, and just the right mix of humor and romance. The characters felt real and relatable, and I found myself rooting for them from the very first page. The story flows so well, and the dialogue is fun and engaging—it really kept me hooked.

I also loved the way the author balances romance with everyday life, making the story feel grounded and genuine. It’s the kind of book that makes you smile, laugh, and even get a little emotional at times.

Overall, this is a delightful read that I couldn’t put down. Perfect for anyone who loves feel-good romance with charm, wit, and heart. Definitely a 5-star favorite for me! 💖📖

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC in exchange for an honest review!

I love the art style and the vibrant colors. I came for the adorable doggies/romance potential, stayed for the dogowners’ backstories.

*Thanks to NetGalley and Wattpad WEBTOON book group for early copy for review*

This was such a cute beginning to a romance comic. I loved both of the dogs and characters as well. The art style was pretty typical for webtoons so nothing to special there. The best part was the dogs and Bob and Tequilla are what could make me pick up a second volume.

If you are a dog lover and a fan of romance then you need to read Love 4 a Walk! This cute story follows Pam and her dog Bob, who is extremely bad behaved when she is away. Luckily her neighbor is a master dog trainer and agrees to train Bob for her. This neighbors to lovers graphic novel is very cute and I will be checking out volume 2.

🌟 5/5 Stars 🌟
Love 4 a Walk by Nuria Sanguino

If you're a fan of wholesome manga-style art and heartwarming stories, this webtoon is an absolute must-read. One of my favorite elements is the dynamic between the characters and their dogs—Bob, a sweet Doberman owned by a gentle, quirky woman, and Tequila, a tiny princess pup with a big personality, owned by a broody, mysterious guy.

The art is gorgeous, the characters (both human and canine) are full of charm, and the story strikes that perfect balance between funny, emotional, and romantic. I laughed, I cried, and I couldn’t stop scrolling.

It’s a cozy romance featuring lovable dogs and their emotionally complex owners, each with a past that slowly unfolds. If you're into slice-of-life romance with a touch of fluff and a dash of deeper emotional backstory, I highly recommend giving this one a read!

Thank you so much to Netgalley and Wattpad WEBTOON Book Group/WEBTOON unscrolled for this e-ARC! First of all, this cover is literally so adorable! I could not wait to get my hands on it! Something about love stories with doggies, just makes me so so happy.

One Sentence Summary - Pam needs help with her Doberman, Bob who is destroying her apartment, after a meet-cute with Tyler, he offers to help train Bob during the day, while she is away at her office job and a very sweet love story unfolds.

I was not expecting to be so wrapped up in Tyler and Pam's lives with their cute dogs! I really enjoy this story and I feel like for a first volume, this is the perfect amount of getting to know the characters AND the building of a cute-ass love story! I feel like the best way to describe this book is like "now kiss!" LOL. It's giving slow burn, but it is very much worth it! I will say it ends on a cliffhanger, but my goodness this is going to be my new obsession. If you are looking for a cute-ass graphic novel with *chef's kiss* levels of slow burn tension and ADORABLE doggies - look no further!

This is so cute!! Once you get over the ex-boyfriend that makes her choose between him and their dog. Yes, THEIR dog. They adopted him. Pam chooses wisely. She struggles with training her dog and comes home to new destruction every day. Welcome hot neighbor who loves dogs and will help... for free. He has his own doggy drama. And little Tequila is not happy about the sparks between her Bob and Pam. Their dogs brought them together but will the dogs let them stay together???
Looking forward to Vol 2.
