Although the action and artwork were very nice, the plot was quite thin and could have used better editing. I would have also wanted the characters to be fleshed out a bit more, especially the character of Vic Sage, who is introduced in this volume. Although he’s supposed to be the leader of a government agency, the lack of characterization made him seem very two-dimensional.
