Kaede is still working with Rin Homura to take down an alien in disguise as a school student who is scamming to have the funds to pay his insurance premium. But that does not turn out well for him. Then the duo has to deal with a "kidnapped" princess. And the latter half of the of the book involves a cold case of a kidnapped child being raised as human by an alien which begs the question - what makes a person a good parent? Plenty of action and interesting plots and fun dialog. A good sequel to the first volume.

Thanks Netgalley and Viz Media for the chance to read this title!

A solid second volume to the series, as we follow Kaede learning more about his new job. There are hints at Rin's background being more complex than it seems and more information is given on the various alien worlds involved. Overall there is a Men in Black meets the insurance world vibe and will be looking forward to the next volume to find out more.
