My 4-year-olds loved this book, and we happily counted it as part of our 1,000 unique books before kindergarten quest. I especially loved this book because I struggled with infertility and had spent a lot of time in prayer hoping to be blessed with a child. While we had to go a medical route, I remembered painting the walls of the spare rooms to keep my mind busy, as depicted in the book with a rainbow.

This is a touching book filled with love that children need to hear- you are loved, you are special, and you were wanted long before you could even know.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a book about God and his blessings of children.

Sweet, wholesome book with cozy illustrations. Great book for bedtime or when child has a rough day at school. Geared towards younger children, but older kids need to be reminded of this message too. Strong recommendation.
