The ethos of this book is the idea that you’re going to be uncomfortable whether you stay in your comfort zone or if you leave it, so you may as well leave it and allow yourself to grow. It’s a very well-written book, easy to read and understand, which puts a lot of well-known concepts across in an entirely unique way and really makes you think about yourself and your situation. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and would recommend it to anyone who is starting to get a bit sick of the same self help advice being parroted across different books and wants something to make them sit up and start to see things in a different way.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the chance to read an an ARC of this book.

I enjoyed this book. Too many people won't get out of their comfort zones to embrace the success they want. This author has the nerve to tell readers that what they have embraced is precisely what is holding them back. Get uncomfortable and successful. Good read.
