One wild night. One limo driver. One life changed forever.
You’re a rising rockstar guitarist who just played a huge show and got absolutely hammered. Enter the sweet, insanely handsome limo driver who sweeps you away from the chaos and unknowingly becomes the turning point of your entire life.
This book is the perfect mix of heartache, healing, drama, and romance. You fall for these characters instantly and get completely wrapped up in their story. If Emma Scott writes it, I’m reading it, every time.

This is a sweet, heartbreaking love story. I kept waiting for a twist or something surprising to happen but it really is just a straight forward sad love story. The audio version of this book was really well done. The narrator duo sounded great together and were both enjoyable to listen to. I’m excited to read/listen to book two.

Thank you to RBMedia and NetGalley for the ARC.

Thank you for this ALC of this story

4.5 ⭐️. Emma Scott is an author I discovered this summer and wow. The writing of these books are amazing. The heart wrenching stories are so well told.

This was about Casey and Jonah. Casey is in a band and she’s not handling celebrity life very well. Jonah is her limo driver and he ends up helping her when she gets a little bit too drunk one night.

And their love develops from there. A walk to remember was one of my favourite books as a kid and this gave me the same vibes.

This story WRECKED ME! Do not listen to the audiobook I’m public; you have been warned.

The story is heartbreakingly beautiful. It really about living your life in moments, about embracing life. The narrators did an outstanding job in conveying all the emotion behind this book. I cannot wait to read the conclusion.

Overall, I would give this book 3.5, maybe 4 stars. Let me start off this review by letting you know that this book does not have a happy ever after. It's a beautiful but tragic love story. Obviously, it's a fictional story, but I think it shows how just one person can leave the biggest impact on another. In this case, Kacey hit the jackpot on meeting someone who was genuine and kind who steered her in a positive direction. While I understand Kacey's story, her character felt a little bit flat, I felt like the author just breezed through her background and I wanted to know more about how she felt. I also wanted more from her professionally, it was mentioned multiple times that she was a great musician and can write music, and then nothing happened with this storyline. I absolutely loved Jonah, his family and close friends and how supportive they are. Jonah's need to leave a legacy through his art was admirable, it gave him a sense of direction instead of a sense of never-ending doom.

Thank you Netgalley and RB media for sending me the audiobook for a honest review.

4.25⭐️
This book is beautiful and heartbreaking. There is a huge chance I'll reread this book at some point.

In the beginning I wasn't really invested in the story, but at around halfway I couldn't put it down. The narrators were great, you could feel the emotion while listening to it.
I did get distracted quite a lot during the first half, but that's probably my own fault and not on the book.
If I reread it, I'll buy the physical copy and annotate so much because the writing style was so beautiful. I have a feeling it could very much be a 5⭐️ if I reread it.

Writing this through tears, because holy moly that was emotional. I wish Jonah had more time. I hope she heals and loves again. I really hope she stays close to his family and helps theo heal too. Probably one of the best emotional reads I've read this year.

I went into this audiobook completely blind, knowing only that it was probably going to make me cry. And guess what? It totally did but it was worth every single tear. This book is just beautifully heartbreaking.

I absolutely fell head over heels for Jonah and Kacey. They were total opposites, but the love they shared was beautiful. It genuinely changed both of them for the better, especially Kacey. It's such a gorgeous love story that unfolds, and honestly, that's all you need to know.

If you're thinking about picking this one up, go in blind like I did. I don't want to give away any spoilers, but trust me, your tears will be worth it. This is a truly beautiful story about the incredible, transforming power of love.

Kris Koscheski and Caitlin Kelly, who were new to me narrators did an absolutely fantastic job with the dual narration. They really became Jonah and Kacey, and I could feel the characters' connection and emotions pouring out of my headphones. They made the listening experience very enjoyable.

What a beautiful love story. Both Jonah and Kacey were missing something from their lives -- her a little stability, and him a little break from routine. They met at the best / worst time. This one has the perfect blend of spice and just all around love. I'm a little upset because now I need to sprint into book 2 to feel like the story is finished. But that's something to look forward to this weekend.

There was a piece in this that just broke my heart, but was so beautiful. His friend is dropping off his last piece of art (blown glass), and you realize that he was blowing the last bit of his life into creating something for her. Something that can be left with her when he's gone.

The narrators were lovely. Not too over the top, just the right kind of emotion.

They met when both were at their lowest—he was battling serious medical issues, and she was struggling with a loss of identity. One fateful night brought them together, and from that moment, a deep friendship blossomed. As time passed, that friendship slowly turned into love. But just as things seemed to be falling into place, tragedy struck.

This book is written so beautifully that you can’t help but fall in love with the characters. You root for them with your whole heart. The emotional depth and sincerity in the storytelling make it unforgettable. While the narrator was okay, I felt the performance could have been stronger to fully capture the emotional nuances.

This is book one of a duology, and I can’t wait to see how their journey continues.

Thank you for the audiobook arc. I fell so hard for the character and I don’t normally cry over books but this book got me. This book is beautifully written and heartbreaking at the same time.
She’s a growing rock star that spends her night partying and drinking and he’s a limo driver by night and a glass artist by day. He was hired to drive her band when she got put into his limo black out drunk so instead of just dumping her somewhere he took her home to left her sleep it off. Their friendship grows from there. As they grow closer over a few days she learns he is a heart transplant patient, and got a severe infection and cause his heart to fail and that he must keep a tight regiment with medication and supplements to keep his body from rejecting it.
The story follows them growing closer as he learns his time is more limited than he thought due to his body rejecting his heart. He makes his deadline of finishing his glass sculpture for his gallery opening, but unfortunately his heart starts failing faster and he learns he has mere weeks to live. After spending a few days being angry he decides he’s going to live his days with everyone he holds dear so that they can have all the happy memories before he goes. Grab your tissues cause you’re going to need it.

Hold on…I need to bucket all of my tears!

I have no words. This book. Had an emotional toll on me. I am speechless.

This book has some heavy topics do please be aware of that before you read!

This follows Jonah who holds everyone at arms length and doesn’t want to let others get too close.

Insert Kacey. She comes in like a wrecking ball and the rest I’ll leave for you to read for yourself.

But beware YOU WILL NEED TISSUES!

I cried. Has a lot of emotional triggers but somehow the writing made be hopeful for a better outcome. Listening to the audio was devastating, the narrators captured the feeling of the story well.

I want to start out by saying I had been seeing great things about this book, so when I saw the audio was getting a re-record I thought it would be nice to do that instead of the print copy. The story itself is wonderful and its a very emotional book between both characters... UNFORTUNATELY both audio narrators were terrible. They sounded robotic and lacked the emotions these characters needed! The simply sucked the emotion out of the story and for me, it made the story hard to get into and made me not want to come back and listen. I'm very regretting the choice to not just pick up a print copy of this.

Full Tilt is a great book and I would rate the BOOK 3.75-4 stars, but the audio a 2. I would not recommend the audiobook.

I knew based on the synopsis there was a chance I would be crying by the end of the book and boy was I right. The ending wrecked me in the best way possible. I loved everything about this book.

I know this book had been out for a while but this was my first time reading it. It’s a beautiful story,
The narrators did a great job as well. The story was easy to understand and they had me right in my feels.

Full Tilt by Emma Scott is one of those rare books that doesn’t just tug at your heartstrings- it reshapes them. This story is raw, lyrical, and emotionally devastating in the most beautiful way. From page one, I was hooked by the quiet intensity of Jonah and the chaotic energy of Kacey. Two people from completely different worlds who find something rare and real in each other.

Kacey is a rockstar spiraling through fame and self-destruction, and Jonah is a quiet artist with a secret he carries close to his chest. When their paths collide in Las Vegas, it sets the stage for a love story that’s anything but typical- slow-burning, soul-deep, and heartbreakingly honest. Watching Kacey evolve from someone lost in the noise of her own life to someone who finds clarity and purpose in love was incredible. And Jonah? His calm strength and quiet kindness made him unforgettable.

What makes Full Tilt stand out isn’t just the romance—it’s the emotional depth, the way every word feels intentional, and the powerful reminder that love doesn’t always mean forever… but it can mean everything.

This book made me cry, smile, ache, and reflect. It’s a story about change, love, art, and choosing to live fully in the time you have. It won’t be an easy read for everyone, but it’s absolutely worth it. And Emma Scott? Officially an auto-buy author.

5 Stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
So beautifully written and difficult to put down. Lived the narration of the characters. It was such a great read! Deeply emotional and beautifully written novel that explores love, purpose, and the fragility of life. The story follows two seemingly opposite individuals whose lives collide at a moment when they both need something more. Through lyrical prose and authentic, heartfelt dialogue, Scott crafts a connection that is both powerful and unforgettable.
A true love story! Thanks to NetGalley and RBMedia for the early audible arc!

Did I finish the book or did the book finish me?

Absolutely loved every minute of it. Wasn’t boring or long or crammed with unnecessary scenes. Well written and interesting. Loved the plot and how it unfolded. As a doctor I am skeptic about medical stories as well as it’s portrayal but this one didn’t disappoint. So clearly research was done and it was authentic.

As for the audiobook, narrators and production it was perfect. Loved it.
Nelson Hobbs for Jonah was a great choice. Felt very true to the character.
Caitlin Kelly for Kacey was great too. Loved her.

But my favourite parts of the audiobook has to be every time Nelson did the voice for female characters. Loved it 🥰 😅
