Sadly unoriginal and predictable, feels like this was written 20 years ago. The "love story" was superficial and felt like I've read it already 10 times before. Not sure what M Night Shyamalan's angle added to the book; felt no tension, fear or thrill. Still open to watching the movie when it comes out to see Shyamalan's interpretation, but would not suggest the book to a romance neither a thriller/mystery reader.
