I requested this book years ago, and am no longer interested in reading. Thank you for the opportunity.

I usually like light-hearted contemporary YA reads because they are able to take my mind to a stress-free place, especially when I don't want to do too much critical thinking. This book started off good for me but just wasn't enough, if that makes sense. I don't like teen angst or too much drama, it bores me to death. I believe the plot is interesting but the treatment in certain parts didn't cut it for me.

I found this book a little too cutesy for my personal presences. I found the MC a little immature and annoying again for my preferences, I think that was the intent so I think a younger reader or someone who enjoys younger YA would enjoy this one.
