This story was, in my humble opinion, a beautiful love story. MJ Summers has a way of crafting her story that had me running the gambit with all kinds of emotions, from empathy to anger to frustration, to getting so flustered and hot I had to flip the fan on high and go grab a glass of ice water. It is also the kind of story that could make those of us that are single dream of finding that kind of love, and those that are in a solid relationship remember what it was like to fall that deeply in love with someone.

I'm not going to lie this book took awhile and the first half was great I loved both Cole and Claire and I couldn't put it down. Then it started to get a little hard to read so I put it down and read some others. I finally went back and I have to say that even though I liked the story there were times I strongly disliked the way Claire and Cole both acted and reacted in the story. I mean come on guys you are adults act like it.

Claire in the beginning you can't help but feel for her and you are hoping Cole can finally be the one to treat her right. I feel both characters could have handled different situations in better ways to make the story move a long better and not make you want to put it down again, but over all it was a decent book. I like that the next book can be read as a stand alone but you are introduced to the next characters here.
