Really like this author and series. This one was a little creepy with the voodoo and zombies, but still entertaining. Her grandmother's gang of biker witches, and and her happy dog and dragon, not to mention her loving shape shifer hubby all make for a great paranormal romance. I am not sure I would recommend this to be your first in the series, but hey, overall you would not be lost. The only thing the earlier ones would do is introduce you to how she became a demon slayer and more on each character and how they revolve around her. Fun series and and author, and eagerly await the next book in the series.
