I really enjoyed that this story was told from multiple viewpoints and we can see the each characters story progressing in “real” time from their point of view. The only downside is that it felt like we just got a snippet of each character’s story so it didn’t feel like there was a lot of plot development until the very end (last 2 chapters) of the book. I definitely want to know what happens next but this felt like the first half of a book not a whole book.
The narrators did a fantastic job bringing a literal cast of characters to life and making each feel unique in voice

This is some Tubi ish fr lmfao. Storyline made not a damn lick of sense— Just abuse everywhere?
It was just messy w/ no chemistry & depth at all.

It could’ve been good, I was sat for the tea, but like, the tea after a while started getting cold. This story has potential, but I feel like it needs A LOT more editing. Get into the world building, character depth, some structure at least 😭😭😭 This was fr here is so and so, abuse, switches POVs, gaslighting, abuse.

Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to listen to this book in an ALC version, I appreciate the effort and creativity that goes into writing a book. While this story didn't resonate with me, I respect the time you have put into creating it , I am aware that every reader connects differently, and I'm sure that others will enjoy it.
I love the idea of the book, but I fell was repetitive, and too many POV in a novella.
