An interesting book which started well but then seemed to lose its way. It felt as if the writer herself become bored and struggled to fulfill a word count.

I received this book as an eARC from the author, publisher, and NetGalley in exchange for my unbiased review.

This book started as an interesting premise: How to overcome negativity and drama. Sounds good! What the book became, however, was a diet list of what to eat and not eat because histamines are causing my body to hang on to trauma/drama. She did offer some reasonable behavioral advice, but I found the lack of scientific documentation a bit concerning. Given the author's background in esoteric spirituality, the diet recommendations did not have much credence.
