I enjoyed reading Dreambound and want to thank Netgalley for the opportunity to read this ARC. I loved the characters of Naida and Zara who are responsible for keeping the balance of the Dreamscape., watch over but not meddle in the dreams of human. But when two friends pushed to the limit by work and family life and not enough energy for either wish for something to change, Naida cant help but interfere, what is meant to be a family gateway to reconnect with each other and nature, becomes a nightmare when the four adults are pulled into a dreamworld drawn from there children's imaginations, an they than face many challenges and adventure to enable them to back to their child and save the dreamscape, one the way they gain a better understanding of themself and their children, This was a fun adventure and the child like illustrations where a fun addition. I gave this book 3.5 stars

A very cute story, quite unique. Overall, an interesting cast of characters, but I wish they had more depth.

Honestly, I enjoyed this book, but I don’t know that it’s going to hit the same with the target audience. With so many characters all set up as main protagonists, it was hard to really get to know any of them beyond surface level. Also, they are adults, I don’t know that that will relate too well.

The artwork was super cute, I loved that it looked like the children’s artwork, but I would’ve liked it to continue the whole way through the book, it stopped about a third of the way in.

The message was sweet, but it kinda feels like maybe this story should have been written for and aimed at parents of middle grade children, rather than the children themselves.

A cute little parable, but not very memorable. The message was sweet. Some emotional parts with a good cast of characters.
