I have had the pleasure of meeting the author, such a kind woman.

I love her humor through her parodies and her vulnerability in sharing her stories. She is a mix of faith, love and a witty sense of humor!

I’ve only read one other book with a QR code, and this one lead to a great surprise, Tammy has sung her parodies as little ditties and made them available on YouTube. You get to hear her wonderful singing voice as she sets them to familiar tunes! Which thank goodness because I didn’t want to listen to my tone deaf attempts inside my head!

A witty and poignant set of stories, mantras, and inspiring words for the people who is on a journey toward self-love. I enjoyes the visuals and the song as well.
