I've been a fan of Jonathan Kellerman forever, and this may be his best yet. Two totally unrelated cases. Only psychologist Alex Delaware sees a tentative connection between them, but his theory is pretty farfetched. The first was a slam dunk solve, but if the cases are linked, the solve is wrong, and the accused is innocent. Alex nd his cop friend, Milo Sturgis, put all the pieces on the table, and rearrange until the jigsaw comes together and justice is served.
Highly recommended for all lovers of quality suspense. #Jigsaw #NetGalley #SaltMarshAuthorSeries

My first Psychologist Alex Delaware and Detective Milo Sturgis book but I'll certainly go back and read others. Not sure how I missed this writer all these years. Nice clean writing -- not a lot of filler but also no long, drawn out chase scenes either (yawn). Characters interesting and real-feeling; plot twisted enough to keep me hooked without introducing ridiculous coincidences. Not necessary to read the earlier books (or at least I never felt like I was missing something)

This is the 41st book in the Alex Delaware series, I am, once again, in awe of Kellerman’s ability to create a unique (and twisted) storyline. This latest novel contains all the classic elements of his work: witty repartee between Alex and LAPD Detective Milo Sturgis; seemingly impossible solutions to two murders; colorful prose that paint word pictures of people, place and things; Blanche and Robin – the anchors in Alex’s life; and amusing description of Milo’s eating habits.
As always, the pacing kept me engaged from cover to cover (so to speak in this age of kindle) and I finished it quickly to a satisfying, if unexpected, conclusion. My only criticism is that it is difficult to patiently wait for the next book to be published.
My thanks to the author, the publisher, and NetGalley for the privilege of reviewing this book. The opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

As someone that has read all of the books from all of The Kellermans, this book did not disappoint! I tend to enjoy his earlier books more that focused more on child psychology, however this one was interesting. The book had enough moving pieces to keep it interesting!

Anytime Jonathan Kellerman writes a new Milo and Delaware novel it's a must read. Jigsaw weaves two unrelated murders into a tale of revenge that keeps the reader on edge from beginning to end. Don't miss this one

I've been reading Jonathan Kellerman books since the beginning of his career, when I'd swipe them off my mom's bedside table, and one thing I've learned is that he consistently delivers the goods. Jigsaw is no exception! I love the interactions between psychologist Alex Delaware and his homicide detective Milo Sturges, and the mystery is tightly wrapped up at the end. A quick, enjoyable read.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC!

Milo Sturgis has a dead woman who is found strangled in her home. Another woman is found dead in a freezer with her arms removed. How do these two cases tie together? That's where psychologist Alex Delaware and Milo find themselves as they investigate the two murders. It doesn't help that Milo has to hold back from questioning a man because of possible civil lawsuit against the department. In their customary manner, the two set out to solve the crime. Another great entry in the series. Thanks to Net Galley for the arc.

What happens when a simple case suddenly gets very complicated? Lieutenant Milo Sturgis will ask psychologist Alex Delaware to get involved. Milo used DNA to arrest the man he thought was a killer but it turns out that man has a perfect alibi. A new investigation is just beginning when there is another murder. An older woman, a retired detective, has been brutally killed, her body partially dissected, and placed in a freezer in her garage. A search of the house will take days, possibly weeks, because she was a hoarder and her “treasures” are everywhere. How could these crimes be linked?
If Jonathan Kellerman wrote it, I will read it. Jigsaw is a masterpiece of false leads and disturbed personalities. It blends double entendre and horror with a very real recent case. As usual, Alex and Milo’s friendship and witty dialogue drive the plot. The twists and turns in this mystery will keep you guessing. 5 stars.
Thank you to NetGalley, Ballantine and Jonathan Kellerman for this ARC.

I love keeps up with Milo ans Dr Delaware. This story did not disappoint. I look forward to more books in the series. The plot twists were surprising

While Kellerman may not be known for horror like Stephen King, he certainly knows how to paint twisted psychological pictures of characters and their reasoning behind their crimes. The human psyche can be a dark and scary place, how Kellerman comes up with these motives I am not sure I want to know.
What I appreciated most about this book is the banter between Milo and Alex. I have missed it in some of the prior books but Milo's deadpan deliveries in this book made me laugh out loud a couple of times. I enjoy the wordplay and the literary references (since Milo has a Master's in English lit). What also helps soften the darkness is Alex's darling Frenchie, Blanche, and his partner, Robin. Blanche brings a light in the darkness and every good dark story should have a furry light in it.
I will spare the plot details, you can read the blurb yourself, but suffice it to say I was hooked from the beginning and finished the book in one sitting. A true delight for Kellerman fans. I hope he can keep Alex and Milo going.

You always know what’s coming when Alex and Milo are on the case, and the latest is no exception. Twisted, creepy, clever and entertaining. I loved it, and reminds me once again, how Kellerman has always been one of the greats. A perfect weekend read, and can’t wait for the next one.
