This certainly captures the darker aspects of human behavior during lockdown and onwards. Interesting to pick up on the differences/similarities of life during the pandemic in a country not my own, and taken a step further with the addition of other crises, both personal and larger scale. I enjoyed the contrast of fine details and loose line art in this illustration style, alongside a surprisingly soft color palette that expresses emotions well. A solid addition to an adult graphic novel collection for those who like to read a more intense version of slice-of-life (Tomine's books come to mind).
