Cecilia and Ingrid are the perfect match—at least, that's what their families think when they arrange a marriage between the two women. And it turns out, they do fit well together.
I wanted just a little more from the romance, because I didn't really feel like I FELT them falling for each other, I mostly felt like I was being told that they had, and I think this story would have benefitted from a little more of that being on the page, even if it was just another scene or two. That being said, I really liked what we did get, and I absolutely believed these two developing feelings. I thought Rochelle Wolf did a great job of showing us these characters, their lives, and their relationship in such a short story.
Overall I really liked the narration, but I didn't love how the spice was read—I thought the formality was perfect for these two characters but it kept me a bit at a distance for the sex.
Overall though, I thought this was great, and would definitely read more from the author!

Thank you to NetGalley and Aurora Inkwell Media for access to this ALC for my honest review. I really loved this book. It was fast paced, engaging, fun, and the banter was 🧑🍳💋. This story is about an arranged marriage between two wealthy and successful woman. You hear from both POV of Cecilia and Ingrid as they navigate the beginnings of their arranged marriage and the possible feelings that may come along with this. This was a very light, fun read and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely be checking out this authors other work.

This is a sweet and a little spicy novella for any romance lover. I am a sucker for an arranged marriage fic, and this one did not disappoint. Although, I feel it is more a marriage of convenience that becomes a marriage of deep love.
Both FMCs are gorgeous and successful, but also opposites. I feel like the author used those traits to really springboard forward their romance. There is some emotion and growth throughout, but it is done in a way that is complimentary as opposed to a full-on change of character and personality. The relationship just seemed to feel natural as opposed to forced. It is called Impossible Match, but these two are so obviously made for one another. So cute and cozy.
The narrator's tone was bright and positive. The perfect voice for this one,

Thank you Netgalley and Aurora Inkwell Media for the free ALC. My opinions are being left voluntarily. Thisnis my first book by a local to me author and now i wanna read the other books they've written. I am impresses in how much story was packed in a 3 hour audiobook. I think the narration was done very well. This is a great closed door sapphic romance. Look forward to more books by the author.
Suggest giving it a try if you read sapphic romances.
