Thank you NetGalley for letting me read Ruthless Love by Laura Carter. Honestly this was different than the usual billionaire romance books I have read before but I'm not at all mad about it. As always you have the strong independent FMC meets the MMC dark and brooding in the workplace, I liked how it was not focused on the steamy scenes like other dark billionaire romances. Overall I was a great read, cant wait for more!

I finished this book within 24 hours. Once I started reading, I couldn’t put it down. The main storyline is intricate and immersive and the characters are believable and likeable. There is a strong FMC and she is independent and smart. I started reading this thinking it would be quite spicy, and although there is definitely some very spicy content it is not the main focus of the book. It had so much more substance to it and I will definitely be reading books 2 and 3 when they are available.
