This is adorable and I love the illustrations, especially all the bright green slime!

A simple and cute story, no real message per say...other than to maybe not eat suspicious green slime! LOL! I guess it could be a cautionary tale of eating things from strangers or maybe just not to overindulge. But whether there is a deeper message or not it's still a lot of fun. I think it would be a great little book to read during the spooky season too!

This was just fun. From page one it’s a Jekyll and Hyde style story meant for the youngest readers. Except we have a Mouse who turns into a big green rat. And how he gets defeated. I hope there are more books and that this becomes a series. The last page leaves that possibility open. This is something I really think kids of all ages and some adults will enjoy.

This as a super cute book about a mouse that finds a slime and it turns him into a monster each time he tries it. It's was really fun and an age appropriate book for Halloween or for kids that love spooky things. My 7 and 9 year olds both enjoyed this book.

The illustrations are also really all done. Bright and detailed.

I would recommend this book to kids 5 and older.

This is a cute story about Squek, a mouse who stumbles upon slime that turns him into a monster every time he tries it. It had really fun illustrations that my 5 year old enjoyed and will be a perfect story to read to littles around Halloween.

Disliked: need more information. Where did he win prize? What was it made of? Who sent it? The jelly was

This was cute, but not something that I would recommend to others. It felt like the story picked up in the middle of the book, and we did not get any context. It was also a little too dark, and spooky.

This is a perfect little horror for young children. It's so funny and clever, and the language is fun. The illustrations are bright and add to the humorous story.

This book is actually really funny. The illustrations are great and little boys will love a monster mouse.

This will make a great story to read during Halloween. The illustrations were attention grabbing and I liked that it wasn't overloaded with quotes like a lot of children's books tend to be. It was just the right bit of spooky and silly for a children's book. Age range wise, I think my preschool class (3-4 year olds) would enjoy it, and then up from there.

What a wonderfully bonkers and fun story! This book is a clever, kid-friendly take on the classic Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde story, filled with plenty of silliness and slime.
