Wow! Now this is what I expected whenever I first heard of Snopp Dogg creating a cookbook. I've read his first one and remember thinking, "Oh! This is just a standard cookbook." Well, throw that out the window for this one. Color me surprised when I opened this cookbook and it was telling me how to turn each recipe into an edible. (There are instructions for how to use the recipes without adding anything "fun). Witht he legalizing off weed in many states I think a lot of people will find enjoyment in having a cookbook like this on their shelf. The recipes are delicious and easy to follow.
Thank you NetGalley for this free eARC.

This was a great cookbook. It has easy-to-follow recipes. I would highly recommend this book.
Thank you to NetGalley and the Publishers for the ARC.

Thank you to NetGalley for an ARC of Snoop Dogg's Treats to Eat.
I love Snoop Dogg and once I saw his cookbooks were available on NetGalley, I always request them.
It was just a matter of time before Snoop Dogg would turn his attention to a cookbook with weed tinged recipes.
I'm surprised he didn't start a cookbook with weed first. Guess that would be too on the nose.
Sadly, there are no original dessert recipes, just your typical tried and true recipes for brownies, cookies, and cake.
I do love the punny titles and as always, the photos are gorgeous and set against a bling-y background.
I also appreciate the tweaks to the recipes to leave out the weed.
Not everyone wants to be baked when they're baking. 😂

I have every Snoop cookbook and this is easily one of the best ones. It has such fun recipes and I really enjoy that you can use it with or without weed. This cookbook would literally be so perfect for the holiday or special occasions. The pictures, the names, everything is so freaking amazing. The recipes and names are so fun. I will be coming back and updating once I am able to try some of the recipes out.

This was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed trying out a lot of the recipes. The layout and presentation are fantastic. The recipe names are quirky, and everything looked delicious. However, they were very basic recipes that you can find just about anywhere. Nothing really stood out as unique.

This cookbook is exactly what you’d hope for from Snoop, fun, bold, and full of flavor (and weed).
Whether you're looking to get baked while you bake or just want to try some creative comfort food, this book delivers.
The recipes are legit, too, stuff like Cornbread with Hot Honey Cannabutter and Red Velvet Blundt Cake (yes, blundt) are both hilarious and genuinely delicious. I also love that every recipe includes a non-infused version, so you can keep things chill if you’re not in the mood to fly.
The vibe is pure Snoop: laid-back but luxe, with tips on everything from making cannabutter to leveling up boxed brownies. Great photos, easy instructions, and some serious munchie inspiration.
Perfect for a weekend bake sesh, or just showing off on brunch duty

Didn't realize that this was more of a weed baking book when I requested it (probably would not have otherwise) - I just thought it was a general dessert cookbook. There were not a ton of recipes and none sounded wildly new (in terms of base concept, not because of the weed additions). So even though there were options for without weed, none sounded interesting enough to try.

I was so pleasantly impressed by this cookbook! It was well put together and brightness of the pictures really caught my eye. The writing was witty, fun, and I overall really enjoyed it. Definitely had me feeling some nostalgia!
I don’t partake, so I loved that the recipes all included virgin instructions. I made the chocolate chip cookies(virgin of course) and thought it was a pretty solid recipe! I may or may not have dropped it like it’s hot a couple times. Iykyk! Most of the recipes included ingredients that most would have in their pantry so I thought that was great as well. Overall, I think this would be a great addition to any kitchen, great for a housewarming gift, or a Snoop fan!
A BIG thank you to Snoop Dog and Chronicle Books for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC. Here’s my personal opinion: this is a novelty gift. There are a few puns on recipe names, but sadly Snoop isn’t sharing his family recipes. We’ve got a collection of pretty basic recipes which can all be made with or without cannabis. It teaches you how to decarb and infuse, which is good. There’s just not much substance here. Photos and recipes are very basic.

This cookbook is well put together and delivers exactly what I expected it to, a fun read that was quirky and specific to Snoop. Of course there is a whole section on cannabis products but from there you have a fun cookbook full of a variety of dishes and great pictures.
Fun read and perfect for a fan of Snoop, late 90s/early 2000s, or fun cookbooks

Snoop’s new cookbook is a dessert lover’s dream. From cookies and brownies to muffins and more, there is a recipe for every sweet tooth. I especially love that the recipes can be made with or without cannabis, making them inclusive for all of his fans. The food photography is absolutely mouthwatering, though I think the title fonts are a bit too bold and overpower the design. Despite that, the recipes themselves are fun, creative, and I cannot wait to try them at big gatherings. Thank you net galley and publishers for the ebook in exchange for my honest review.

This book left a lot of wanting for me. Pretty disappointed in the quality and execution. Wish he did better on this one.

As a fan of his first two, I immediately requested this cookbook by Snoop Dogg (without reading the description). I was a bit surprised that the recipes offer both THC and virgin options. I think that was a smart move to include both. All of the items look absolutely delicious and everything has the typical Snoop-twist or style. Overall, a great cookbook (if a little surprising at first).

Snoop Dogg’s cookbook is well put together—both fun to read and visually appealing. He begins by showing readers how to make cannabis products that can be used in his recipes. From there, he shares a wide variety of dishes, organized by course, with beautiful photos that make you want to start cooking right away.
The recipes are easy to follow, creative, and full of personality—exactly what you’d expect from Snoop. While I don’t use cannabis, I still enjoyed going through the recipes and plan to adapt them by swapping the cannabis for alternative ingredients. The dishes are flexible enough to customize, and Snoop’s style still shines through.
Overall, this cookbook is a lot of fun. It’s more than just recipes—it’s an experience. I’d recommend it whether you’re interested in cannabis cooking, looking for new ideas, or simply want to enjoy a unique cookbook from Snoop himself.
Thanks NetGalley, the author & the publisher for this opportunity to read this advanced copy.

The puns in this cookbook are literal life. Whether you love or hate Snoop (and this 1990s kid loves me some Snoop Dogg), you will enjoy this cookbook. Packed full (haha, more puns) of recipies you can make with (out without) Mary Jane, you will love Snoop's approach to baking. Everything in this book looks like it is yummy, and the pictures are gorgeous.
