The cover caught my attention, because the word was crossed out. Very clever way to teach vocabulary words to a child. Not your basic ABC book. I enjoyed the banter between the avocado and the alligator. Funny, nice illustrations, and it held my interest. I think any parent would enjoy reading this to a child and explaining the new vocabulary. For a teacher, students could do research on the animals new to them.

This is super cute and funny as avocado tries to show the alphabet with veggies and fruits but alligator wants it to be dangerous.
Kids will love it.

If this isn't the most adorable book I have read to my kids in a long time. I just LOVED it, and I had to read it 27 times the first night, so we know that means my kids must have loved it too.

In this story an alligator attempts to make the ABCs a little more dangerous, until his efforts come back to bite him!

The illustrations are beautiful and eye catching that the story made me giggle and my kids scream.

What a fun alphabet alliteration gold mine! I love this book, it had me laughing with all of Avocado and Alligator's antics. I can easily see this book being a great addition to any preschool classroom. What a delightful way to make the alphabet both exciting, frightening and sweet.

This book was a fun book to read with my son, the colors chosen made it fun for him to look at the pages as he is less than a year old at the moment. Will be purchasing a physical copy

What a fun alphabet book. I loved the back-and-forth banter between Alligator and Avocado. The illustrations were perfect matches in tone, and I appreciated the small plot instead of just another alphabet book.
