A well-done mystery with an archaeology flair to it.

Another book I devoured without having read the previous books in the series, but it was okay without the background. You will have questions, but it won't hurt the story.

I enjoyed the camaraderie and the red herrings, the ominous threats that turned into reality, and the character development was satisfying. This will appeal to thriller lovers who like twisty puzzles and a medium pace.

First book I have read by this author. Interesting mystery, but at times gets a little wordy in descriptions of places and things. Not all characters are well drawn, but still an enjoyable listen. Narrator is excellent!
