Fantastic new picture book! I think this would be a great story to read out loud in classrooms and at home.

I requested this book to read and review with my toddlers, who are working on a 1,000 unique book before kindergarten challenge. My kids LOVED this book! At the library they always pick books with dogs, and were delighted with this as...we have read all of them nearby!

Poor BALLy, having some trauma from the previous nights show! My kids got a good laugh out of it and then threw our dog his ball and made screaming sounds, I told them to create a squirrel diversion to save the ball but had no luck, sorry to our own poor BALLy.

Super fun read for littles, loved the artwork and funny storyline.

Such an adorable book! BALLy is, as you'd imagine, a ball, and he's performing on stage - in front of a group of dogs, who as you might also imagine, would like to chase him. Chaos ensues, and it's hilarious.

The illustrations are great, and the vocabulary was appropriate for my 6-year-old to enjoy; he may have been challenged by a few words reading on his own, but he understood the words as well as the puns and jokes, and he thought it was hilarious.

Very enjoyable - highly recommend!
