Fans of the late John MacArthur will not be disappointed in this latest workbook. The perfect Bible study for women (either alone, or in a group) that will points us to God as he is writing our story. Rich in scripture, MacArthur walks us through the Old and New Testament and tells the story of 12 women we are all familiar with. Through each of these women we see the heartache and struggles they have because of sin in their own lives, or just living in a fallen world. The Lord, the author and perfector of our faith, steps into their story, and writes them into His much bigger story of redemption. We see how our sovereign and Mighty God uses each one of us and is working all things out together for His glory.

A beautifully written text that is meant to not only encourage you in your walk but to have you work through the exercises to grow stronger in your own faith.

This was an excellent study of some of the most well-known women in the Bible. The workbook is organized in a progressive manner, with each chapter starting with what you know, moving to the scriptures and what it tells you, and ending with how it applies to your life.
