This was an excellent conclusion to an absolutely wonderful journey.
I enjoyed every minute that i spent with these characters submerged in this world. Kate really knows how to write characters that will capture your heart, but also knows how to rip apart your soul. The pacing of the entire series is perfection. The tale is weaved with such precision, that the reader is engaged from very beginning to bitter end. The ups and downs and the twists and turns throughout the series are unexpected and keeping you guessing and this book delivers in the same vein.
The dialogue, the banter, the world building and character development are top tier. We continue the journey here with characters that we have come to love and fall in love with new ones along the way. For those that are looking for some spice along with their fantasy, this is a good series for you and now is the best time to pick it up as we get our closure.
The narrator did a good job bringing the characters and world to life. I would listen to other titles voiced by her.
Many thanks to Sourcebooks Casablanca and NetGalley for a digital review copy of the book. The opinions expressed are given freely and are honest and my own.

It was action packed. The world building was amazing, the plot was super engaging.

Absolutely loved this! Devon Sorvari did a great job reading this series. Love, love, love! The story itself was great I'm so sad it has to end but the series is an instant re-read!

Thank Netgalley for an early audiobook listen!

This was such a satisfying conclusion to a very, very stressful ride. I've never read a book that I was able to enjoy with so many different interconnected storylines and in the end they tied together nicely. I really enjoyed the magic system and how it tied in with the Gods. There was a lot of suffering and political machinations like the other two books but I think it was needed for the plot to progress. Overall, I enjoyed the story and loved seeing the journey all the characters took.

Thank you to Dreamscape Media for the audio ARC. The narrator was excellent and I was able to easily tell which character was talking because she did such a good job distinguishing how they sounded. Which had to be difficult with SO MANY characters.

This series coming to a close is surprisingly bittersweet. It’s been a long road but there’s an enormous satisfaction in the way the ending wraps up. Given how long each book was I’m surprised to say I’ll miss the characters and the world, especially having had a slow start on book one. I’d definitely recommend this though, I feel like it’s pretty likely I’ll read the series again at some point and I’m typically not big on rereading!

"Wherever you are, Aya love, is where I will be. In this life, and whatever lies beyond it.”

The Curse of Gods is the third and final novel in The Curse of Saints series. Since this is the last in the series, I don’t want to spoil anything, so here is what I can say!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s over. I ended up bingeing most of this book in one day! Once again, we jump in where we left off and Kate really knows how to continue a story. I love how smooth each book goes into the next. I felt like the entire trilogy had a constant energy. I knew what I was getting when I picked the next up.

The first half of the book was a bit slow moving and it felt like a lot was happening but the story wasn’t going anywhere, but once the ball started really rolling it was really good! It definitely felt like setting story up so that everything fit into place, which is not a bad thing at all.

I’ve previously listened to Devon Sorvari’s narration and she is just so talented! I could always tell the difference between characters. There was a part in chapter 54 where the narrator really had me tearing up. The emotion that Devon portrayed through Aya really hit me.

The ending? Oooh, you had me in the first half I’m not gonna lie. Kate you threw me a curveball and I was SCARED! You never fail to surprise me.

To anyone wanting to get into this series, I highly recommend! It’s perfect for anyone who likes enemies to lovers, touch her and die and found family.

Thank you Sourcebooks Casablanca, Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for the eARC and ALC in exchange for an honest review.

"I've killed one queen," Aya murmured. "It would be nothing to kill another."

This story picked up right where it left off with Aya missing and of course Will🥰🥰 on his journey to find her.

The found family in this whole series is amazing. I love how all these flawed characters found each other and formed such an amazing and unbreakable bond.

I love Will and Aya and the way their relationship evolved over the 3 books.

I had a hard time getting through the 1st half of this book but then the 2nd half pulled me in but I had the same issue with the 1st two books.

It was the perfect end to the saints series.

A satisfying conclusion to this series.
While darker than the other two books in the series, I liked that there were moments of lightness and hope sprinkled throughout.
The book is mainly character-focused, we spend a lot of time in the characters' heads to understand how they think, feel in light of what is happening around them, what is driving them, and while this did slow the story down, I did not mind it, I enjoyed it.
The author did such a good job of making me care for the characters, and the new romances, while not neglecting the main one.

The narrator, Devon Sorvari, did such an excellent job, with the voice and accent changing slightly to fit each character, with the emotion that came through.

This was a conclusion to a series. There was alot tension, plot twists and mysteries. Aya and wills relationship was a fun ride. At times the pacing and flow was off for me. I liked the back stories/ time with some other characters but it didnt feel completely flushed. Overall a solid ending

in this conclusion to the curse of saints trilogy, aya, the second saint, has gone missing. as will desperately searches for his lost love, he’s joined by aidon, a wielder of forbidden magic who sent his own kingdom into civil war. if they don’t find aya soon, their realm will fracture. aya is bound and tortured by the first saint, who plans to use her to destroy the gods who killed her five hundred years ago. aya must find a way to free both herself and the realm before the first saint succeeds.

what a great conclusion to this trilogy! our main characters were pretty scattered—some by distance, some by beliefs—which made for great tension. i especially thought this developed aya and will’s relationship so well. despite everything they were both going through, they had time to think about the other and their relationship with them. we also got to know a few of the side characters more, and i really loved josie and alleissande together! of course, in addition to all the romance, there was a great plot, filled with various twists and so much action. it was great seeing aya continue to grow into her power in this book.

narration: devon sorvari returned to narrate this audiobook, which made me happy! her narration suited these books so well. i highly recommend this audiobook to those who enjoyed the previous two books!

This story brings the epic fantasy series to its conclusion, with the main characters facing the final confrontation with the dark forces that threaten their world. The prophecy, which has been a central driving force, finally unravels as they must navigate political intrigue, ancient magic, and their own tumultuous relationships to save their kingdom. All the secrets that have been slowly revealed throughout the series come to a head as they work to uncover the final truths and make a stand against the evil they've been fighting for so long.

Out of the entire series, this book was my favorite. I feel that the author's writing truly grew and matured, and it was satisfying to see the story come together so nicely in the end. While I do think the book was a bit too long for the plot, the conclusion was a well-earned and satisfying wrap-up for all the characters. It's a great conclusion to the series and a fantastic journey.

Thanks to NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for the ALC in exchange for an honest review. Release date 8/12/25.

The Curse of Gods was such an emotional, action-packed finale to one of my favorite series. Even with its length, the pacing never lost me. There wasn’t a single chapter that felt like filler. I stayed invested from start to finish.
For the audio, the narrator was incredible. I honestly think I was way more invested listening to the audio than I would’ve been reading it on my own.
This series shattered me in the best way. There were twists that left me staring into space, and the losses hit like a punch to the chest. Definitely a favorite read of 2025!

Curse of the Gods is the conclusion to the romantasy series that features a unique pantheon of gods, Visya who are blessed with a drop of their power, humans, and one very pissed off saint. With Gods, the story starts back within the week of the attack that weakens Dunmeaden and sees the return of Evie, The First Saint. The events of this book are given to us from multiple view points, times, and places in the realm, so I admit that at times I got a bit confused as to the timeline as I read. Eventually, these things all merge together and are no longer confusing, so don't stress, but I personally struggled for a hot minute at the beginning. Other than that small hiccup, this book was everything that I could have wanted for the conclusion of this trilogy and the characters that I have come to love.

Aya and Will's journey, both individually and as a couple, as this series has progressed, as not failed to hold my attention. We see a lot of Aya and Will's thoughts and feelings during this novel, and it helps make these characters even more three-dimensional. Will's quiet love and devotion for Aya, 'no matter how far the fall', is beautiful to read. Aya's time spent with Evie was one of the more well written of those types of scenes. I do wish we had more time later in the novel to see more of how Aya (and collectively with Will) dealt with the trauma that she had from during that time, but a lot of this book is information and scenes setting up to the penultimate battle, and understandably so.

This book does have some spice to it, but I would rate it a milder 3/5 for shorter/less graphic bedroom scenes than other novels in this genre. The yearning and angst between not only our two main characters, but other loveable side characters in this novel is an 11/10. This book does deal with some heavy topics, so readers who are more sensitive may want to check out a trigger list for this novel.

I also enjoyed this final novel of The Curse of Saints trilogy in audiobook form, and it was divine. The narrator, Devon Sorvari, has a very smooth voice. I did increase the pace of the narration as I listened to 1.25 because it was a little slow for me, but that pace was perfect for the novel. I had no trouble understanding any of the ways that she pronounced the unique words to the world that Dramis has crafted. I would definitely be interested in hearing other productions that she has done.

I loved every bit of this trilogy, and I'm so sad to see these characters go. Kate Dramis really honored the characters in this final novel. I laughed, I cried, I cringed in anxiety waiting to see what was about to happen next. Curse of the Gods is currently still living on in my head hours after I've finished it. I can't wait to see what kind of worlds Kate Dramis will introduce us to next.

Thank you to NetGalley, Sourcebooks Casablanca, and Kate Dramis for allowing me an eARC and Dreamscape Media for providing me with an ALC for review.

While I enjoyed The Curse of Gods it took a while for me to get into as I found it slow moving in parts, also it took me a bit to remember what happened in the previous book. However, that in no way detracted from my enjoyment of this story or how insanely intense it was. It was a wild journey filled with action, political intrigue, magic, revelations, romance and so much more with war as its backdrop. It was fitting ending despite the heartbreak intertwined with it. The narrator, Devon Sorvari did a stellar job narrating this final installment as she did with the previous books. Her characterizations were on point. I loved listening to her. This book was awesome and I most definitely recommend this trilogy.

Thank you Sourcebooks Casablanca for the gifted audiobook! Devon Sorvari is once again narrating the book, and she continues to do an amazing job with bringing all of the characters to life and me to tears.

I fell in love with this trilogy in the first book and I’m so sad it is over. What I loved most about this series (other than being bonded to wolf companions) is the casual queerness of the world. There were times that I wasn’t sure how everything was going to be resolved satisfactorily, but I’m glad I trusted the process. The ending was fulfilling and felt faithful to all of the characters.

I would like to thank the publisher for sending me an audio copy in exchange for an honest review through NetGalley.

Aya has been captured, taken by the first saint after Aya summoned her from the veil to help stop Queen Gianna. But the first saint has plans of her own, and she is determined to use Aya and her magic in order to help destroy the gods. Will has not stopped hunting for Aya after she went missing during their mission to stop Gianna. The two of them will have to find their way back to each other, or any hope in defeating the first saint, winning the war, and saving their world, will crumble.

HOLY CANNOLI WHAT AN ENDING. This series seriously had me in a panic state from book one and then this book has me so on edge my jaw hurts from grinding my teeth. You have our morally gray MCs -- a FMC who will stop at nothing to save the world and her man and a MMC who would rather watch the world burn if it meant saving her. There's magic, intense fight scenes, a war, a lot of heartbreak and emotional trauma (for the characters and you), and a romance that is absolutely electric. I loved literally everything about this series, and this was the perfect way to end things. I am going to miss a lot of these characters, and I think it'll be a whole before I reread this trilogy and give myself anxiety all over again, but I will 100% be rereading this series in the future. I honestly have no words. I would definitely recommend the audio for this series as it is so well done and just absolute perfection.

A finale that shakes the world and leaves the world changed forever…
I’d like thank NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for the amazing opportunity to listen to this book. I am forever thankful and my review is a honest reflection of my fleeings towards this book.
I will be completely honest, I don’t remember a lot of the books that came before this one but I do remember being absolutely obsessed with book 2 and that ending was everything.
I was able to piece together what was going on within the first few chapters thankfully and was thrown back into this climax of this war. Its characters were brought back to the forefront with stunning clarity. The narrator was again, a perfect choice to bring Aya and company’s journey to a conclusion.
Would absolutely recommend this series to anyone looking for a trilogy that will take over your life.

Great conclusion to a favorite series.

However, I took a star off because Will and Aya were apart FAR too long. I understand we were creating the tension of Will finding her, but it's just went on too long.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the narrator because there were so many characters and the narrator did give enough distinction between them, so every now and then I was lost on who was talking.

Aya is missing, and Will will do anything to find her. At his side are his friends, including Aidon, a newly appointed king, but now on the run because of the forbidden power he showed on the battlefield, one that forfeited his right to the throne. Now his kingdom is fighting its own civil war.

But rumors spread across the lands that the second saint, Aya, is a dark saint and is killing innocents. Chained and drained of her power, Aya is powerless to stop the true darkness, unless....

This is book three of The Curse of Saints, and is a great ending to a good series. (The first book was good, the second was lacking, but this one... Great!)

Since this is the last book, I don't want to give out any spoilers, but yeah, this one blew the first two out of the water!

Sure, the romance was a little sappy and far-fetched, and of course, there just had to be adult scenes, which makes this unsuitable for readers under eighteen, but they weren't overly detailed. If only the author had 'closed the doors', I would've given this one more star! But the action, world, and character development were life-like, and the reader was pulled into the world and the characters' lives.

I did listen to the audio, and HOLY *&*&* Devon Sorvari is talented! Her voices for the different characters, including the males, were great; you knew different characters were talking!

As for the book cover, I like this one; the other not so much. (It's irritating that the publisher has two different book covers for the books in this series... It's almost as if they hope people will buy both styles, either by choice or accident.)

While the series' first two books weren't as good, this makes up for them! Highly recommend!

There’s something special about watching a story and its author, grow in real time. I’ve followed Kate Dramis since before The Curse of Saints had a publisher, back when she was just sharing dreamy snippets on Instagram. Watching her journey unfold, cheering her on with every milestone, made reading this final book feel deeply personal. We’ve come so far, from whispered scenes in captions to a full-blown fantasy epic and now it’s the end.

And what an ending.

This final installment is every bit as devastating, intense, and layered as I hoped. The stakes are sky-high. The pain is real. And the line “No matter how far the fall, we’re all in it together” has never felt more true.

The story fractures early on. Will, Aidon, and Liam are desperately trying to find Aya, but nothing goes smoothly, especially when they team up with Dauphine, a mercenary who brings chaos and charm in equal measure. Meanwhile, Aya’s being used, seen as the Dark Saint across the kingdoms thanks to Evie’s manipulation. But behind the scenes, it’s not Evie pulling the strings. The First Saint is back, and Aya has no idea who’s truly in control.

Aya’s arc is brutal. She’s isolated, tortured, and on the edge of giving up completely. She believes the people she loves are gone, and honestly, that grief bleeds through every page. When she’s finally met with a familiar face, there’s no comfort, only questions and unease.

Elsewhere, Josie, Alleissande, and Cole are trying to reclaim the throne for Aidon. And Josie and Alleissande? Their growing feelings could’ve stolen the show… if only they were given the space. Their storyline simmers quietly in the background, enough to ache for more.

That’s the one place this book held back a bit for me. While Aya and Will are clearly the heart of the series, the supporting characters, Josie, Alleissande, Dauphine, deserved more of the spotlight. We’ve been with them for so long, and it felt like they were still standing just out of reach.

But even so, this story thrives in its structure. The rotating POVs give each character a voice, and you feel their doubts, flaws, and quiet strength in every chapter. The pacing doesn’t stall, each thread moves with urgency, bringing the characters together, pulling them apart, and raising the emotional tension with every page.

This final book doesn’t aim to tie everything in a neat little bow. It’s messy, raw, and full of emotional gut punches but that’s what makes it feel real. These characters bleed for their world, for each other, and for the hope of something better. And as a reader who’s been there since day one, I couldn’t ask for more.

Kate Dramis gave us a world worth fighting for and a finale that stays with you long after the last page.
