4/5 stars! I enjoyed this book and finished reading it in one sitting. I absolutely loved Hate Mail by Donna Marchetti so I was so excited when I got the opportunity to read this book. If I’m being honest I preferred Hate Mail over The Proposal Project but I did thoroughly enjoy it overall. The Proposal Project was released June 19, 2025. Thank you to Donna Marchetti, Netgalley, and Harper Collins Canada for the opportunity to read a copy of this book.

This book had me giggling the entire time and I read it so fast (in a day), it was such a delight!! It’s very well written and the characters are lovable and charming. I also found that the sentences were short, but in a good way and I love that the chapters had titles. It was a small detail but didn’t go unnoticed. This story flows together very well and I’m looking forward to reading more books by this author! Fun fact - I didn’t realize this was the same author as Hate Mail, one of my favorites! Highly recommend this book!
