Bad Dust is a powerful account of Britain's asbestos legacy. Well researched, it weaves industrial history with political critique. The first half is rich in context; the second, a compelling portrait of resistance. A slightly dense read at times, but essential for understanding a disaster still unfolding.

I really enjoyed getting into the history of asbestos and how harmful it was in this book, it had that historical element that I was looking for and thought the research was so well done and glad it had that engagement that I was wanting in this type of book. Tom White has a strong writing style and was able to give information perfectly.
