Fantastic book! The author covers the sport of fly fishing for steelhead in the Great Lakes. And in an exceptionally well done manner. The information he provides is lengthy, complete, and easy to understand. The photography is very well done. There are different chapters for each area you need to know about, like equipment, techniques, what to look for, and areas in each state where steelhead can be found.
I especially liked three of the chapters. First, Kustich gives a superb description of spey casting, illustrating each step beautifully. Secondly, I liked the chapter on flies. What types there are, and how to tie them, all photographed well. And third, I liked the chapter on rivers and streams. I'm originally from Wisconsin, and would love to visit home and try some of those waters.
All in all, this is one of the best fly fishing guides I have recently seen. I definitely recommend it!
