I was not able to download the book prior to archive. I therefore did not provide reviews on other sites.

Flash Gordon Adventures Volume 2 was such a hilarious and fun trip through the Flash Gordon multiverse with so many different art styles. I was sitting there grinning the whole time and I'm sure I giggled more than once. I hope we keep getting these, and I will be here for it.
Special Thanks to Papercutz and Netgalley for the digital ARC. This was given to me for an honest review.

The second volume of "Flash Gordon Adventures!" is a continuation of a revival series of the well known comic hero from the 1930's.
This new volume decides to stray from the previous story opting to present in the format of a compilation of unconnected short stories in the narrative device of a "multiverse". I tend to avoid anthology graphic novels like these since it can be trying at times to constantly readjust to the new story being told, but they use this format to their advantage. By limiting the sections to bite-sized adventures, the book is able to pack itself full of beautiful art styles and humor. Overall, this is one of the best versions of an anthology compilation I have seen in a graphic novel series.
I was thoroughly impressed with the cleverness of the writing and found myself laughing out loud at some the jokes. The art was beautifully well done. It is full of wholesome fun for all ages, making it a refreshing take on a classic hero. If you known a young reader who loves space and action hero, this is the book to give them.
Huge thanks to NetGalley and Papercutz for sending me an eArc of this book.
