WELL! I’m going to start by saying - I picked this up and finished it all in one go…. This book had me HOOKED!! Every single chapter had me wanting more. The plot was unravelling quite quickly throughout, which I loveeee!!! (Sometimes slow burns can leave me feeling uninterested) but this was perfectly played out in my opinion.
I actually audibly gasped a few times during this book as there are so many twists and turns that I just never would have guessed; even right up until the very end of the book.
Overall I think ‘The secret at number 7’ was fantastic and would recommend any thriller lovers to 100% get your hands on this book!
I will also be posting this review on my instagram - @lilbookworm

This book started out as an average thriller with an overdone plot. Fraser and Anna move to a new neighborhood. One of their neighbors is obsessed with watching people after her London home was broke into. So while the reader assumes Fraser did something to Anna, part two shows just what is really going on in their lives. It was ok. Parts were eh.

Part One: Anna and Fraser move to the Herring Row. Miranda is a little paranoid after a break in before they moved, and spies on the neighbors all the time. She becomes convinced Fraser did something to Anna.
Part Two: The book takes us back and is told from Anna's perspective. Little sickening in my opinion what is actually going on with these characters. Part two lost me...I would not recommend this book. It was written fine, just not for me.
Side note, this book would not show up on my Netgalley app. I logged in and out numerous times and never showed up.

Oh My Gosh! This book was absolutely insane, packed with action and suspense, and had a wild plot! I was so consumed by this book. The plot unravels fast and everything plays out with great detail, just enough to give you background but not enough to spoil each twist before it happens. I wasn’t sure how this story could end but wow - from start to finish this was one if the best thrillers I’ve read in years! I was terrified of each character at some point because I became so suspicious of who could be trusted and who was just flat out crazy!
