I think this is a great workbook for kids with fears and/or phobias. Growing up I had a couple of phobias, but my parents always said I was being dramatic. This is not the way to handle a child's feelings, and it can be hurtful to them in the long run. I also loved the examples of exposure therapy so that they can do it in the safety of their own home and not with someone they don't know. Definitely recommend this workbook.
Thank you to Netgalley, Claire Freeland, Jacqueline Toner, and Magination Press for an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest feedback.
