Received a copy of this book for review. Overall it is a good read for me. Love the chemistry between the main characters. Love all the characters. What I love is that each of them does make a difference to the story as it developed. Like to read how the characters In the story are interrelated to each other. It make the story more exciting to read. The setting of the story is nice and is fit nicely to the story.Story plot are well penned out, with a slight twist to it in the end.

I absolutely LOVE Fool’s Gold at Christmas. Susan Mallery is definitely one of my go-to authors for Christmas season-themed romances. Marry Me at Christmas follows Madeline Krug, a regular Fool’s Gold resident, as she helps the famous actor and new resident of Fool’s Gold Jonny Blaze plan his sister’s Christmas wedding.
The romance was a very sweet slow burn. Madeline and Johnny slowly got to know each other as they planned his sister’s wedding and partook in the holiday festivities of Fool’s Gold. I personally loved the pacing of their romance and loved both of the characters. The major conflict in the story was predictable but was also resolved in a fairly realistic manner, which I definitely appreciated.
The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the ending. I thought it felt a tad rushed and could have been fleshed out a bit more. I also think there were a few unresolved issues. Overall though, the entire story was a sweet romance, perfect for the holiday season.
