During what should have been a relaxing ski trip with Leo and the girls, Delaney witnesses a shocking murder right before her eyes. Together, she and Leo must act quickly to stop the killer before he disappears. This installment is another thrilling, action-packed addition to the series. I especially enjoyed seeing how much Delaney has grown in her relationships, and I look forward to following her on many more adventures.

this was a strong sixth entry in the Detective Delaney Pace series, it had that element that I was looking for and enjoyed from the previous entries. Pamela Fagan Hutchins has a strong writing style and I enjoyed getting into these characters. It was suspenseful and had that crime thriller element that I was hoping for. It left me wanting to read more from Pamela Fagan Hutchinsand this world.

Delaney Pace has nerves of ice and steel! I started reading this book and could not put it down until the end!! I do not know how book #7 will top this book!!! I received an ARC from NetGalley, and the opinions expressed are my own.

Delaney Pace is fearless. This story has it all…her growing relationship with Leo, a murder on at a ski area, a chase on snowmobiles and then Delaney and Leo get separated. That is where the story really gets complicated. What is going on with Leo and the people involved then with Delaney you have Cliff, Clark and AFT, Skeeter, Kat and Carrie and all these interactions. All this seems to be tied together by phone calls from the long lost mother and is the brother really dead. The twists and turns as Delaney frantically searches for Leo has her back behind the wheel of Gabrielle and fighting more than ice and snow.

The book is fast moving, totally entertaining and you are captivated by the characters and their personalities. Truly recommend this series.

I'll start by saying I haven't read any of the previous books in the series, although for some reason the characters and location seemed familiar. The description sounded great, it started off ok, then went off the rails somewhere. I was really just happy this book ended.
