“You and We” has a great message for individuals and leaders. In a world where technology occupies our time, we have lost the ability to communicate with others. As a high school teacher, my students tell me they can’t stand to get calls, they prefer texts. The art of relating to others has been lost.

Mr. Ferrell has chosen to use story to teach us how to better relate to others. Using story form to teach a principal is a method that is literally as old as time. It is a tried-and-true method.

However, “You and We” felt forced. Much of the drama felt more like I was watching/listening to a soap opera.

Mr. Ferrell does a fine job narrating the audiobook. His voice and inflection keep you involved in the story.
