This story will resonate with too many people and I can well understand the many, many caveats prior to the start of the book proper. It is clear that the author wrote much of this for herself, which is perfectly understandable, as it does not include much of the context and detail which people looking for a story may find missing. I found it very interesting and particularly valued the author’s insights into hyper-vigilance and flow on I,pacts of complex PTSD.
