It’s a good book… the way it was formatted, I wasn’t a big fan of. The pictures are the exact same one every other page in different variations. The history of Mac and cheese is very interesting though. Learning new things in history is always fascinating. Thank you for the opportunity to read and share my thoughts.

When food and history meet, this book lives. The author takes the humble yet always comforting dish - macaroni and cheese - and breaks it down bit by bit showing you its base origins to it evolution of what it is today. I honestly never thought about the history behind it, and my life is better now that I know it! A must read!
