This is a great cookbook to have on hand! I have decision fatigue after work most nights and will order out or eat whatever is left in the fridge like an animal, this gives me a reason to make a well balanced meal!

In a world where so many online recipes and recipe books often pack in what feels like a novelette before getting to the actual recipe itself, "92 Quick and Healthy Recipes for Every Day" has no time for such frivolities. It's as barebones and no-frills as can possibly be with its assortment of simple recipes, and frankly, it's quite refreshing.

These are super simple recipes with very few ingredients. This is a perfect cookbook for someone who doesn't know how to cook or for someone totally new to cooking.

Note: I had an Advanced Reader copy and there were only 53 recipes in my copy; my review is based on this.
Quick, easy, and healthy. That is for me. I loved this cookbook. All of the recipes take less than 35 minutes to make and the number of ingredients needed for each one was not overwhelming. The approximate calories are listed. There are quite a few vegetarian options and I appreciated that those that required butter or oil only used small amounts.
I have not had time to try any yet, but my priorities will be chicken avocado wraps (I grow my own avocados), garlic butter shrimp with rice, BBQ chicken flatbread, quick lemon garlic salmon, salmon with dill yogurt sauce, caprese stuffed chicken, and sweet potato black been tacos.
This is my kind of cookbook…quick, easy, and healthy
Thanks to @NetGalley and #VictoryEditing for the DRC.

These are appealing, quick to make, and utilize ingredients accessible at most any grocery store in North America. Recipes are written including time estimates, special notes, calorie counts (but no micronutrient or other nutritional info), ingredients in bullet list, and step-by-step prep directions. Recipe measurements are given in imperial (American) units, no metric conversions. All recipes are accompanied by a color photo. Serving suggestions are appetizing and appropriate.
Four stars. Simple but appealing and a tiny bit fancier than "student" learn-to-cook cookbooks. It would be a good choice for public or home library acquisition, as well as for a young person living alone for the first time.
Disclosure: I received an ARC at no cost from the author/publisher for review purposes.
