I really liked this book.
As adults, we seem to believe that our lives must always be constantly filled with activity. I think it’s important to teach our children that space, silence and rest are essential parts of life too. This book does a very good job at communicating that.
The illustrations were perfect. Soft colors and images were not too overwhelming, but just enough for children to take in and feel the message communicated through the pages.
I also appreciated the thoughtful guide for parents at the end of the book.
