He travels south and encounters a new danger when red cloaked legionnaires attack. Are they Romans or others in disguise? Once again he will don is armour but is he getting too old to play the warrior.

Very well written novel. Excellent characters as Alaric sets forth to discover what’s really going on and who is behind it. There will be fights, battles, friends, enemies and real decisions must be made now for the future. Well paced with plenty of action, enjoy..
